Cam Harper was the one who killed Eve.
Maggie had a physical fight with Eve in the cave because Eve walked in on Maggie and Cam having sex. Maggie thought she was the one who killed Eve, but Eve was still alive when she left.
Nola was in the cave and saw the two girls fighting, but left before Maggie did and didn't see Cam.
Nothing happened to Nola because Maggie was grateful that Nola helped her with the baby.
