This one was really predictable.
Micah was the one who planned the kidnapping. Johnny got paid $50,000 to "find" the child.
Micah killed Johnny and almost killed Veronica, but Veronica got her hands on the gun and killed him.
Veronica was cleared of killing him. She packed up her daughter to move to Texas, but not before finding Micah's hiding spot and recovering the rest of the money.
