Wowzers. I seriously did not see this one coming.
Joanna was NOT Leo's wife. She was his assistant who moved in to help with the kids after Olivia, his first wife died. And Joanna was the one who killed Olivia. Pushed her off a cliff at their Maine house, but led everybody to believe it was suicide.
Celeste was the daughter of the woman that Joanna's father left them for all those years ago. Joanna was just "seeing" her to get revenge.
Piper. The author did a great job of leading us to believe that Piper was a monster who killed her first two husbands. When the twist is revealed I thought maybe Piper wasn't a monster and it was just the twisty nature of the story. But based on the last line of the book, I DO believe that Piper killed her first two husbands and stepdaughter.
Thoughts?
I truly believe that Piper did kill her two exes and that innocent kid.
