I had figured out pretty early on that Chase was the person who had Lila kidnapped, but I didn't know why. Lila blew her first case and Chase's dad was sent to prison where he was killed.
"Captured" Lila escaped and was able to change her life.
"Free" Lila was able to make all of the changes necessary to become a good person and ended up being shot and killed by her client, Greenwood.
