This was a tough one.
Elsa was shot while staging a sit-in at work. She did not survive. Her dying words were to ask Jack to take the kids home. Loreda robbed the company store to get the money to take her mother back to Texas for burial.
Loreda went on to be the first person in her family to go to college.
