Mr. Smith was George. The guy who was always dropping off info for Evie. Mr. Smith was also a customer's of Ryan's.
Amy Holder was also an employee of Mr. Smith. Evie, Devon, and Amy faked Amy's death because they eventually knew it would lead them to a way to be free from Mr. Smith. And it did, when one of the biggest mob bosses in the country found out that Mr. Smith was double-crossing him.
Amy and Evie stepped into Mr. Smith's shoes.
And Evie and Ryan ended up together.
