Turns out that the mob had come to Artemis and was trying to monopolize the oxygen industry. Jazz was hired to destroy the oxygen making machines. She succeeded, but she also leaked chloroform into Artemis, knocking the entire population unconscious. She has less than an hour to restore the oxygen or risk killing everybody. Of course, she succeeded and life goes back to normal, but Jazz comes to an understanding with the city's "mayor" that will keep her from being sent back to Earth.
