This one was predictable. Michael, the brother was the one who killed Emma. He also killed their father, Brian, and their mom helped him bury the body next to Emma's, in their pet cemetery. The third body in the graveyard was the guy accused of killing Emma, Emma's father murdered him and Brian helped to cover it. 

The other missing girl, Christie?  She had pictures of Michael killing Emma and bribing Brian. She wanted $5,000 to go far away. He gave it to her. 

Nicole ended up writing a famous book about their family. And Beth married Lucas.
