Mr. Ward, Cara and Naomi's father was the "older" man that Andie was seeing. They argued at his home and she fell and hit her head, becoming concussed. He saw a woman he thought was Andie, kidnapped her and was holding her for years. He killed Sal to make sure his guilt was apparent.
It was Andie's sister who killed her and dumped her body in a septic tank. Andie was the one who sold the drugs used to roofie her when she was raped. She also tried to kill Pip once she figured it out.
