"Leslie" was really Keith, a guy hired by the real Leslie to rough up Paige into confessing her app's role in the death of Leslie's sister. She lured Courtney, Paige, and the others to the island to avenge her sister's death. When the drugs washed up on the beach, Keith went rogue.
