Lenora Hope was really Virginia Hope.
Virginia had given birth that night in 1929. Her father gave her baby to Mrs. Baker. Virginia and Lenra's mother stabbed their father. She then stabbed herself and asked Ricky to finish her off. Virginia tried to hang herself in her despair. Lenora turned herself into Mrs. Baker and Virginia into herself. And the woman living as Lenora wasn't really even paralyzed.
Kit's father, Patrick, was the father of Virginia Hope's baby. He was also the person who killed Mary, the previous nurse. AND he killed Kit's mother.
