It was Dr. Carol Eliot's son, Sky, who was killing all the final girls. He hated his mother and everything she has done with the final girls. He had been "dating" or "grooming" Stephanie Fugatti. The book ended with all the remaining final girls visiting Stephanie in prison to have a session with the Final Girls Support Group.
