Jessica was the daughter of Katie McKenzie, one of the Blockbuster victims. The principal, Dale Steadman, had been having a relationship with Katie. He killed the Blockbuster victims when she broke it off. He killed Hannah and the others in the yogurt shop when Hannah tried breaking it off.
